Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or services. By placing an order or using our panel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Compliance With Third-Party Terms

You agree to use our services only in ways that comply with the Terms of Service of all applicable social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use our services for any of the following:

• Promoting scams, fraudulent schemes, gambling, fake giveaways, or phishing.
• Selling or promoting drugs, alcohol, weapons, pornographic content, or adult services.
• Promoting misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.
• Activities that are illegal, including:
  Supporting fraudulent influencers or fake authority
  Selling or reselling fake products or counterfeit goods
  Running pages that mock religion, spread immorality, or mislead people intentionally.
  Using our services to promote gambling, betting channels, or unethical finance schemes
• Using our services to simulate fake popularity with the intent to deceive others into financial or emotional manipulation.

We reserve the right to block, cancel, or ban any account violating these terms without refund.

3. Service Usage Rules

• Do not use multiple panels or servers for the same page at the same time. We will not be responsible for incorrect counts or delivery issues in such cases.
• Services or package names may change at any time without notice, even after you order.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited if already in process.

4. Order Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed.
• No refunds will be given for orders still processing, even if delayed.
• If you purchase a service labeled as "No Refill", it comes with no guarantee and is non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Refill

• Orders with a start count issue (e.g., count already higher than service minimum) are not eligible for refund or refill.
• Refunds may be issued only in case of a valid issue, and require:
  A screenshot with clear evidence (timestamps, order ID, and issue shown)
  Use of the appropriate refund request process

We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests at our sole discretion.

6. Account Inactivity

If your account is inactive for 365 consecutive days, your account and all associated data/funds will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

7. Rate and Terms Modifications

Rates and service conditions may change at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of the service means you accept these changes.

8. Responsibility Disclaimer

We are not responsible for how clients use the services after delivery.

9. Ethical Reminder

As the owner, we strictly prohibit usage of this panel for any forbidden purposes, including:

• Supporting deception through fake accounts or inflated stats
• Promoting content that encourages immorality, violence, or unethical lifestyles
• Using the service for business activities, including betting, interest-based promotions, and fraudulent gains

We aim to maintain ethical standards values and will take immediate action (including banning and deletion) against users who violate these guidelines.
